At X3D, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for all products in original packaging. If your tech doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your X3D account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
